Summer—the season for barbecues, picnics, sailing, baseball, golf, and the beach. And if you’re not careful, it’s the ideal time for sunburns.

We all probably have at least one memory of a nasty childhood sunburn—the hot red skin that was painful to touch, the stuff mom sprayed all over it to cool it off, and the flaking and peeling that came later. Some people with severe sunburns even experience blistering, fever, chills, nausea, and/or vomiting.

AviLicious Model Lilmissspoil. To most people stress is a bad thing, as it can lead to a lot of frustration. There are many things that can trigger stress, but don’t worry! There are ways to prevent you tearing your hair out at the roots from too much stress.

First of all, work is one of the most common areas of stress. The boss is pressuring you to get this done, then that, and it all seems like too much to handle. All you have to do is relax and schedule out your assignments in order to get them completed on time. Remember to take breaks in between; go for a walk or have your favorite snack.

Suprisingly, to some people, boredom is a trigger of stress. Are all your friends busy? No one to hang out with? Simple solution: make a list of all the things that you would like to do and go out there and do them. Don’t let slight boredom keep you down. There are billions of things that you can do to cure it, you just have to put the effort in to find them because everyone has different interests and hobbies.

Wondering which credit resellers to use, but afraid of getting ripped off or scammed? Don’t worry, you’re not the only one. There are so many resellers out nowadays that you never know who you can trust anymore! Well, don’t worry any longer. I’ve been doing some research of my own and have compiled a list of the resellers that I know for a fact are legitimate, as well as way under IMVU credit prices. I’ve also come up with a list of sites that are known to be fraudulent so that you can be sure to steer clear of them. Additionally, I’ve compared the rates of all the sites that are linked so you can choose the one you like the best.

Title: Long distance problem
Source: Kaliena

Her Question/Problem:
Okay, well my boyfriend and I are kind of in a long distance thing at the moment, and he’s getting a little insecure/worried that I’m going to stop liking him or find someone better than him (though that’ll never happen). How do I help him get over the insecurities? I’ve tried telling him that he’s the only one I care about, but he doesn’t really take any notice of it.

My Answer:

Well, many long distance relationships are “iffy.” There can be a lot of trust issues that come along with them, and at times both of you can find yourselves asking these same questions: “What’s he/she doing now?”, “What if he’s/she’s talking to another girl/boy?”, “What if he/she likes another girl/boy?” etc. You just need to show him that you are loyal, and will never go behind his back and cheat. Try talking to him about what you did during the day, and tell him he was on your mind all day and that you missed him! Call him just to say ”good morning” or “good night.” Little things can always make the biggest changes.
Good luck!

Smoking and Bladder Health: One More Reason to Quit
by Paul J. Watkins

It’s common knowledge that cigarette smoking is linked to a variety of health problems. Disorders such as lung cancer and emphysema are perhaps the most recognized problems, but did you know that smoking is also a leading contributor to bladder disorders such as bladder-related cancers and bladder weakness? A 2003 study published in the British Journal of Obstetrics and Gynecology found that smoking more than twenty cigarettes a day is associated with an increased risk of bladder weakness in women.

While it’s true that there are no studies establishing a direct link between smoking and bladder weakness, Rolando Rivera, M.D., a fellowship-trained urologist with specialists in Urology in Bonita Springs, Florida, notes that it can certainly be a contributing factor. He explains that smoking can lead to bladder cancer, bladder cancer can cause irritation of the bladder, and irritation can lead to bladder leakage.

Go Take a Hike

Summer has officially arrived and, chances are, your neighborhood has come alive. Children are riding their bicycles, families are passing by with strollers, and couples are out on evening jogs. It’s the perfect “outside weather,” and if the thought of going to the gym makes you cringe, you’re not alone. But just because you don’t want to be cooped up inside, this is no reason to surrender your fitness goals. Why not take up hiking? Of all the season’s outdoor activities, hiking is one of the easiest for beginners to try, since all that’s really needed to get started is a good pair of boots. What’s more, hiking is ideal for the entire family, as long as you choose the appropriate trails.

“Hiking is a great replacement for a gym workout for several reasons,” says Seth Levy, a self-proclaimed gear expert and manager of the Western Public Lands Initiative for the American Hiking Society (AHS) in Silver Spring, Maryland. “For starters, it’s free, and for most Americans, it’s very accessible. It’s easier to stay engaged when the scenery is constantly changing,” he says. “And interacting with the natural environment has real benefits─it increases people’s balance, enhances feelings of well being, and boosts their ability to focus.”
