The IMVU Furry Forums is a support community that was created in November 2006.

The community began with Maxis29 and help from a number of other individuals. Currently, the forum has also connected to the IMVU Furry Pride Web Ring. The site now has nearly 900 members!

The forums provide a showcase for developers of furry based items, tutorials on how to use IMVU and even has a program to help beginning developers, people who create items for the chat program such as eyes, skins, and tails.

Also contained in the forums are serious and playful role play sections, featuring a poking thread containing 100+ pages of relentless and creative poking, a board for the developers, textures and meshers, general chat, links, and art. Recently, an IRC server was purchased so furries could meet and chat in a large group while still using IMVU, as well as create new channels for role play and other gatherings.
