Want to know how to create human hair in Photoshop?
Then you should definitely check out this very helpful tutorial by Hypergurl.com!
Creating hair using Photoshop is as easy as using a brush to draw two lines and then applying filters.
After starting a new document and filling it with a dark color, take an extra soft brush and draw two lines.
For starters, make one line a mustard yellow and the second one a brighter yellow or gold color.
Later on you can experiment with different colors if you’d like red, blue or orange hair.
Next is to add noise. Type in 15% and check Gaussian and Monocromatic.
Now add a motion blur. Set it at 90 degree’s and around 800 pixels.
You might need to play with this a little to get the right hair texture.
At this point you may also realize you should have made your two lines in the beginning a little thicker.
If you want to add highlights to your hair texture, add a layer on your image then add two lines of white.
Change layers to overlay and play with the Opacity until you acheive the hair highlights your after.
Once again, experimenting is the key. Some people like thick highlights, others like thin.
As you can see, this is a fast and easy way to make hair templates using Photoshop.
Hair templates are popular in virtual worlds like Second Life and IMVU.

Looking for something cute & fun to add to your IMVU homepage?
The IMVU Stamp Club is a club of IMVU members that collect little 50×50 stamps to place on stamp cards on their homepages.
It’s a form of expression, they’re fun to make, and they don’t take up a lot of space.
They have a homepage as well as an an IMVU Group, and “apparently, a lot of free time”.
Above are just some examples of what the stamps look like.
They’re cute, quick to load, and can say a lot about you.
Typical stamp format is .png, but you can use .gif if you like.
You position your stamps on your stamp card any way that you like.

The CLA is designed with a touch of sexy makeup and more than a hint of freckles. You’ll compare this wonderful creation to the sickly default avatar and wonder how you’ve gone this long without these curves!
This avatar comes with a default skin that’s wearing a cute red bikini and only comes with the default hairstyle. You must look for clothing and shoes marked with (LG) to fit this avatar, because regular clothes and shoes do not fit.
This avatar can use all skins, hair, and head accessories. Some accessories may not function properly with this avatar; some clipping occurs with certain animations.
Here are a just a few of the products that you can wear with your CLA.

The IMVU Furry Forums is a support community that was created in November 2006.
The community began with Maxis29 and help from a number of other individuals. Currently, the forum has also connected to the IMVU Furry Pride Web Ring. The site now has nearly 900 members!
The forums provide a showcase for developers of furry based items, tutorials on how to use IMVU and even has a program to help beginning developers, people who create items for the chat program such as eyes, skins, and tails.
Also contained in the forums are serious and playful role play sections, featuring a poking thread containing 100+ pages of relentless and creative poking, a board for the developers, textures and meshers, general chat, links, and art. Recently, an IRC server was purchased so furries could meet and chat in a large group while still using IMVU, as well as create new channels for role play and other gatherings.
The furries IRC chat can be found >> here << & the furry public chat rooms are >> here << on IMVU.
